To celebrate the 15th anniversary of his studio, designer Filippo Mambretti, in collaboration with the historic Pozzi&Verga carpentry workshop in Mariano Comense, has created Spœuleta, a symbolic object that pays tribute to his roots, the tradition of the Como and Brianza districts, and the people who have accompanied him on his professional journey. Spœuleta, which means “loom shuttle” in the Lombard dialect, evokes the iconic textile tradition of Como, a symbol of local artisanal culture. This elegant desk object, designed to combine aesthetics and functionality, serves as both a letter opener and a pencil holder, presenting itself as a refined everyday companion.

Crafted in solid wood, it is available in two precious finishes:

• Maple, with light and luminous tones, known for its understated elegance and durability.

• Canaletto Walnut, warm and rich in natural grain, an emblem of sophistication and tradition.

The design of Spœuleta is minimal and organic, featuring ergonomic curves for improved grip and refined details like a milled groove designed to securely hold a pencil. Each piece is handcrafted with artisanal precision, from sanding to finishing, showcasing the mastery that defines Made in Italy.
