YANGBAN is a table lamp designed by Filippo Mambretti for Lumicom, interpreting light as a controlled architectural element rather than a decorative gesture.
A cylindrical metal body, a sandblasted plexiglass diffuser, and a thin upper disc form an essential composition in which every element serves a precise function. Light is filtered, soft, never exhibited-designed to accompany space rather than dominate it.
The integrated handle introduces a tangible dimension of use, discreetly recalling the archetype of the lantern and questioning the static nature of the contemporary table lamp.
A measured project that places its value in the quality of light, the precision of design, and the everyday relationship with its environment.
